Description
Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as an antispasmodic for muscle spasms and also for menstrual cramps.
Crampbark is used to relieve cramps, including muscle spasms, menstrual cramps, and cramps during pregnancy. It also acts as a uterine relaxant to help prevent miscarriage. In addition, it is useful in controlling nervous bowel and colicky pain from the gut (e.g. irritable bowel syndrome).
Suggested Usage: Take 4 ml (120 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. Alternatively, 15 drops (0.5 ml) can be taken every 15 minutes, for up to 16 hours daily.
