Directions
Children 2-9 years: 1 teaspoon (tsp) (5 ml), once daily.
Adolescents 10-13 years: 2 teaspoons (10 ml), once daily.
Adults and adolescents 14 and over: 2 teaspoons (10 ml), 2 times daily. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
