We're sorry things didn't work out! We will gladly refund or exchange all sealed and unopened products in their original condition within 15 days after receiving the order. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip invoice.
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not satisfied with your new purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchased price excluding shipping cost if any, by mail.
Procedure to Return your purchase
A) Please Note: PROBIOTIC PRODUCTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
B) Unless we shipped the wrong products - return shipping costs are customers' responsibility.
C) Please return ship your items to: 225 Lakeshore Rd. East Mississauga ON L5G1G8, Canada
D) Write us an email at email@example.com with the reason of return, your order number and the quantity for each item you wish to return including a tracking number - we recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Drop your package in person if you can. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.
E) Upon receipt, your returned items will be checked by our staff & if items are in a resell-able condition, we will process your exchange & refunds. Please make sure you ship back all items securely to avoid any damages while in transit (glass containers with bubble-wrap).
Please Note :
- All shipping costs, including those incurred for original order shipping & returns are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment and the same credit or debit card as the original purchase.
- We release funds immediately, allow approximately 7 business days to receive your credit - this depends on the Credit Card issuing Bank.
