Directions:

• Adults and Children 12 and over: Mix 2 scoops of powder with 1 1/2 cups of water and ice cubes in a blender and bend until smooth. Add 1 cup of frozen or fresh fruit (e.g. bananas, strawberries, raspberries or peaches) if desired. For a smoother texture, use rice or almond milk instead of water.
• Children under 12: Mix 1 scoop of powder with 3/4 of a cup of water and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth. Follow mixing directions for fruit recipes as above. Begin with smaller serving size and increase to full amount as tolerated.
