Directions

Skullcap (leaf, Scutellaria lateriflora) – 75 mg
Sweet Fennel (seed, Foeniculum vulgare subsp. vulgare var. dulce) 4:1 extract equivalent to 300 mg of dry seeds – 75 mg
Ceylon Cinnamon (branch bark, Cinnamomum verum) – 68.75 mg
Crampbark (rhizome bark, Viburnum opulus) 10:1 extract equivalent to 625 mg of dry rhizome bark – 62.5 mg
Ginger (rhizome, Zingiber officinale) 10:1 extract equivalent to 500 mg of dry rhizome, standardized to 20% gingerols – 50 mg
Magnesium (Albion™ di-magnesium malate, Albion™ magnesium bis-glycinate chelate)* – 37.5 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) – 10 mg
