Directions for Use
Recommended Dose:
Adults and Adolescents (9 years and older): Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) 2 times daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Infants and Children (0ā8 years): Take Ā½ teaspoon (2.5 mL) 2 times daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Shake well before each use. Do not drink directly from the bottle.
