NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENT: 

Hypromellose (vegetarian capsule shell).

DURATION OF USE: Use for a minimum of 1 month to see beneficial effects.

RECOMMENDED DOSE: 

Adults: Take 1 capsule three times per day with food.
