- 28 mg Dry extract (3.8-5.6:1) of Valerian Root
- 32 mg Dry extract (6.25-7.1:1) of Passionflower Herb

DOSAGE
Adults and children (12 years and older): 2 tablets, 2-3 times daily.
Children (6-11 years): 1 tablet 1-3 times daily.
Tablets should be swallowed whole with a little water.
