The powder format allows the ingredients to be mixed with water or diluted juice, providing measured amounts of these nutrients as part of a balanced supplement routine.
Directions for Use
Adults: Take 1 teaspoon two times daily. Mix with water or diluted juice. For best absorption do not administer with dairy. Avoid taking at bedtime.
