Recommended Use
To increase your energy and well-being.
Adult dosage
Mix 1 scoop (9 g) in 1 cup (250 mL) of pure water or juice. Shake well. If you are a new user of greens+, begin with 1/3 of a scoop daily and gradually increase to 1 full scoop daily over a 3 week period. Do not take on empty stomach. Consult a health Wellness-Wellness-Car-e practitioner for use beyond 3 months.
Caution
Not to be taken by children, during Prenatal-Wellness-Car-e, while breastfeeding, by those on medication or with chronic health problems unless under the recommendation of a health Wellness-Wellness-Car-e practitioner.
