Headlined by valerian, a herb characterized by its natural sedative properties, ValeriCalm® is a soothing formula consisting of six combined herbs, carefully chosen for their ability to relieve tension, anxiety, and insomnia. In particular, the antispasmodic and sedative actions of ValeriCalm® help to ease and relax the nervous system and muscles.
ValeriCalm® provides gentle relief for sleeplessness and day-time anxiety, with the added benefit of never inducing a “drugged-like” state.
Usage:
Adults: Take 2 ml (60 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. When used as a sleep aid, the full 6 ml (180 drops) daily dose may be taken in a little water on an empty stomach at bedtime.
