The herbs used in Fem-Matrix™ have a long history of use for the prevention and treatment of menopausal and perimenopausal symptoms, mainly hot flushes. While Black Cohosh, Dong Quai, Chasteberry, Wild Yam, and Red Clover extracts have estrogen-like effects, Hesperidin and Quercetin reduce the loss of endogenous estrogen, which is associated with the symptoms.
Dosage: Take 2 capsules twice daily or as recommended by practitioner.

Dong Quai Extract (Angelica sinensis) (1% ligustilides) 60 mg
Black Cohosh Root and Rhizome Extract (Cimifuga racimosa)
(standardized to 2.5% [2mg] Triterpene Glycosides as 27-deoxyactein) 50 mg

Quercitin 125 mg
Chasteberry Fruit 10:1 Extract (Vitex agnus-castus) 50 mg
Wild yam 10:1 Extract (root) (Dioscorea villosa) 50 mg
St. John's Wort Extract (flower head)
