Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Maltodextrin (organic), cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, hypromellose (capsule). Ingrédients non-médicinaux: Maltodextrine biologique, cellulose, stearate de magnésium, dioxyde de silicium, hypromellose (capsule).
Recommended Dose
Adults take 2 capsules once per day with food. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime. Take a few hours before and after other medications.
Caution
If you are taking anti-depressants or HRT (hormone replacement therapy), or birth control pills, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Contraindications
If you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder, are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Composite/Daisy family.
