Suggested Use
Take 1 or 2 level scoops twice daily two hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. For each scoop, mix with 200 ml of liquid (water, milk, fruit juice or similar aqueous beverage). Stir briskly and drink immediately. Maintain adequate fluid intake.
