Naka Platinum Organic Sambucus Black Elderberry is a vegan and organic herbal formula made from the equivalent of 6,000 mg of organic European black elderberry per teaspoon. Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine, it helps relieve symptoms of colds and flu, including coughs, sore throat, and catarrh of the upper respiratory tract. Directions for Use
Recommended Dose:
- Children (2ā9 years): Take Ā½ teaspoon (2.5 mL) once daily.

- Adolescents (14ā17 years) & Adults: Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) twice daily.
