The C&C hair color line is formulated by Frenchtop with nine certified organic ingredients, and without the addition of parabens, PPD, O&P aminophenol, tetrahydro-6-nitroquinoxaline, chlororesorcinol, fragrance allergens, phthalates, or musk compounds.
