Glucose syrup, Silica, Maltodextrin, Cellulose, Stearic acid, Croscarmellose sodium, Talcum, Calcium carbonate, Sucrose, Acacia gum, Tragacanth, beeswax white, Carnauba wax, Shellac.

Recommended Dosage
Adults ≥ 18 years: 1-4 tablets once per day. Take at or before bedtime. The tablets should be swallowed whole with sufficient liquid.
