Suggested Use
Menopausal women: Take 1 capsule, twice daily with water.

Cautions And Warnings

Contraindications
If you have an allergy/hypersensitivity to members of the Apiaceae/Umbelliferae family (anise, caraway, carrot, celery, dill, parsley), do not use this product. If you have diarrhea, hemorrhagic diseases, or hypermenorrhoea/profuse menstrual or/heavy periods, do not use this product. Do not use if you currently have or previously had breast cancer or if you have a predisposition to breast cancer such as an abnormal mammogram and/or biopsy, or a family member with breast cancer.
