Directions
Adults and Children - Apply an even layer to chest and throat, 3-4 times daily. Keep covering/clothing loose to let vapours rise to mouth and nose. Do not place in nostrils. For Children (2-12 Years) - Application should be supervised by an adult. This product can be used by adults and children 2 years and older.
