Each unflavoured drop delivers vitamin D3, the preferred form of vitamin D, in a base of medium chain triglycerides (MCT) and organic flaxseed oil for excellent absorption. Suitable for children, adolescents, and adults, these easy-to-use liquid drops can be taken directly from a spoon or mixed into food or beverages.

Each drop supplies 400 IU (10 mcg) of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Vitamin D helps in the development and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth by supporting calcium and phosphorus absorption. Directions for Use

Recommended dose (children, adolescents, and adults 0 years and over):

Invert bottle and allow 1 drop (0.03 mL) to flow onto a spoon, or mix with food or liquids.

Take 1 drop 1–2 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Do not exceed 1 drop per day for children under one year old.

Shake well before use.
