Directions for Use
Recommended Adult Dose:
Adults: Take 1 serving (10 mL / 2 teaspoons) 1ā2 times daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
May be mixed with water or another beverage.
