Natureās Way CalmAidĀ® is a once-daily lavender essential oil product that is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve mild symptoms of mental stress and exhaustion. Calm-AidĀ® also helps improve sleep quality in those experiencing mild mental stress. Each softgel contains 80 mg of Silexanā¢, a clinically studied lavender essential oil.
Directions for Use

Adults: Take 1 softgel once or twice daily with a full glass of water, or as directed by a qualified health-care professional.
