DIM-plus (Diindolylmethane) from Nature's Way features diindolylmethane, a phytonutrient found in cruciferous vegetables including broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower and kale. DIM has unique hormonal benefits. For example, it supports the activity of enzymes that improve estrogen metabolism. DIM-plus combines patented BioResponse DIM, vitamin E and "protectamins" from spinach, cabbage and broccoli to promote healthy estrogen metabolism.
