Description
Used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine to help relieve coughs (Kasa) and colds (Pratisyaya) and to benefit the heart, as a heart tonic (Hrdya).
Holy Basil, or Tulsi, is useful for influenza, respiratory problems, tuberculosis, allergies, asthma, stomach disorders, and high blood sugar levels. Holy Basil has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.
Usage:
Take 1.33-2 ml (40-60 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.

Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml): Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum, leaf) 250 mg QCE (1:4)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Grain alcohol, Distilled water
