Life Choice uses synthetic melatonin derived from the amino acid tryptophan which is safer to use because it is free from biological contaminants.
Dosage: Adults: Take 15-45 drops (5ml-15ml) per day. Add to glass of water (200ml) on or before bedtime or as directed by your healthcare provider. 7 drops = 1 mg
