Master Amino Acid Pattern (MAP) does not contain fat, sodium, sugar, yeast, gluten, soy, corn, wheat, GMOs, preservatives, dairy or animal products. MAP provides low calories compared to other dietary protein or amino acid formulas; ten tablets of (MAP) contain less than half a calorie.
MAP also has the highest Net Nitrogen Utilization (NNU), which represents the nutritional value of a dietary protein or amino acid formula and supports the body's protein synthesis. Taking MAP every day helps in meeting the body's protein requirements.

Dosage
As a dietary supplement, take up to five tablets daily or as directed by your doctor.
As an exercise supplement, take up to five to 10 tablets 30 minutes before exercising or as directed by your doctor. Professional athletes can take ten extra tablets 2 hours after finishing training.
