Schisandra is used as an adaptogen to increase resistance to disease and stress, enhance energy, physical performance, and endurance, improve vision, boost muscular activity, and raise cellular energy. It is also effective for hepatitis, liver protection, and the prevention of premature aging.
Suggested Usage: Adults: Take 0.66-1.17 ml (20-35 drops) 3x daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
