FolaPro® delivers the active form of folate, calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5-MTHF), providing 1,330 µg DFE per tablet in its bioavailable form.
Unlike synthetic folic acid, this methylated folate form bypasses certain metabolic steps, making it especially beneficial for individuals with reduced folate metabolism, or those who require higher folate intake for reproductive health and neural-tube support.
