Each capsule provides 5 billion colony-forming units (CFU) of carefully selected probiotic strains, including Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, and Bifidobacterium bifidum. Regular use helps support a healthy intestinal microbiome, particularly when taken consistently. For best results, take the probiotic at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics.

Directions for Use
