Natural Factors SAMe 200 mg provides S-adenosyl-L-methionine (SAMe), a naturally occurring compound found throughout the body. SAMe plays a role in numerous biochemical processes and is commonly used as a nutritional supplement to support overall wellness. This formula features enteric-coated tablets designed to help protect SAMe and support optimal delivery.
Each tablet provides 200 mg of SAMe derived from S-adenosyl-L-methionine disulfate tosylate. The convenient tablet format allows for flexible dosing and can be incorporated into a wellness routine under the guidance of a health care practitioner. The enteric coating helps maintain product stability and quality.
Directions for Use
SAMe should always be taken on an empty stomach.
SAMe must be taken for a minimum of 2 weeks, at which time effects should be observed.
For mood balance: 1–4 tablets 2 times daily (up to 8 tablets daily) or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks.
For osteoarthritic pain: 2 tablets 3 times daily, not to exceed 6 tablets daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.

S-adenosyl-L-methionine (SAMe) – 200 mg
(from 400 mg of S-adenosyl-L-methionine disulfate tosylate)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, enteric coating (talc, shellac, glycerin, vegetable-grade magnesium stearate [lubricant], silica, sodium alginate), stearic acid, vegetable-grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), magnesium hydroxide, silica, calcium oxide.
