Suggested Use
Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.
Recommended Use
Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive upsets including lack of appetite, indigestion and nausea.
Recommended Dose
Adults: Drink 1 cup 1-2 times daily. Anti-nausea use: Take a single dose 30 minutes before travel.
