Directions for Use
Recommended adult dose: For best results, take PGX® Daily Ultra Matrix Softgels with 250–500 mL of water, before or with meals, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Week 1: Take 1–2 softgels 3 times daily.
Week 2: Take 2–4 softgels 3 times daily.
Week 3 and beyond: Take 3–6 softgels 3 times daily.
