Ingredients:
Each capsule contains 100 mg of L-5-Hydroxytryptophan (from Griffonia simplicifolia seeds)
Non Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, hypromellose.
Directions:
Take one capsule three times daily with meals or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Use for a minimum of one week to see beneficial results. For use beyond one year, consult your healthcare practitioner.
Purity:
