Genestra Zinc Glycinate Liquid is a great-tasting liquid zinc supplement that provides a highly bioavailable form of zinc to help meet daily zinc requirements. Each teaspoon delivers 30 mg of zinc as zinc bisglycinate, a form shown to have higher bioavailability than zinc gluconate. Zinc helps maintain immune function, supports healthy bones, hair, nails, and skin, and aids in the maintenance of normal DNA synthesis and acid-base metabolism.

Naturally flavoured with peach and tangerine, this easy-to-take liquid formula is ideal for adults, adolescents, and children who prefer a liquid alternative to capsules or tablets. It can be taken on its own or mixed with juice or water and is suitable for vegans.

Directions for Use

Recommended Dose:

Adults and Adolescents (14 years and older): Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) daily.

Adolescents and Children (9–13 years): Take ¾ teaspoon (3.75 mL) daily.

Children (4–8 years): Take ¼ teaspoon (1.25 mL) daily.

Take with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. If preferred, Zinc Glycinate Liquid can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use.
