Over time, we found that as our customer base has expanded beyond those who were already familiar with this term, it prompted a fair amount of questions. We decided that Concentrated Butter Oil would more clearly describe the product as the butter oil is concentrated through centrifugation. The butter oil is the same product, just a name change.
