IronVital F® helps fulfill your daily requirement for iron and contains iron in bivalent form. The combination of vitamin C in Iron Vital F® helps the iron to be absorbed readily by the human body, while the B vitamins enhance the effects of the iron.

Vitamin B2 (Ribofl avin-5-phosphate) ......................0.7 mg
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) ....................0.7 mg
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) .............................2.5 mcg
Niacinamide (Nicotinamide) .........................................8 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients:

Cherry juice from concentrate, apple juice from concentrate, beetroot juice from concentrate, water, extract from rose hip peels (Rosa canina), chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla L.), balm leaves (Melissa officinalis L.); fructose, natural flavours, guar gum, locust bean gum. Contains no colours or gelatin.

Note:

• This product must be refrigerated after opening. Failure to do so may result in the bottle bursting which may cause injury.
• Herbs may cause transient adverse effects such as nausea, vomiting, and GI distress.

Directions:

Shake well before use. The total daily dose can be taken at one time or divided in half and taken twice spread throughout the day. Use the calibrated measuring spoon as provided to obtain an accurate dosage. Do not drink directly from the bottle. Discard any remaining product 4 weeks after opening.

Note: 10 ml of IronVital F® = 10 mg of iron. Adults: Take 10 - 35 ml, once daily.* 9 - 13 years old: Take 10 ml, once daily.* 14 - 18 years old: Take 10 - 30 ml, once daily.* *Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Additional dosage information: 10 ml = 2 teaspoons. Or as directed by a health care practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
