Recommended Dosage:
Adults: Take one ampoule 1-8 times daily on an empty stomach or as recommended by your health care practitioner. Squeeze contents directly into mouth. Hold under tongue for about 20 seconds and swallow.
Children 12-18: Take one ampule 1-2 times daily.
Children 4-11: Take 1/2 ampule 1-2 times daily.
