Thymus vulgaris L. is traditionally used in herbal medecine as an expectorant to help relieve the symptoms of bronchitis and catarrhs of the upper respiratory tract (anti-catarrh), to help relieve coughs (spasmolytic) and to help relieve flatulent dyspepsia and colic (carminative). Dosage
2 to 6 capsules daily or as directed by a health care professional.
Cautions And Warnings
