The formula includes NutricolĀ® bioflavonoids sourced from grape seed (Vitis vinifera) and green tea (Camellia sinensis), together with methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), glucosamine hydrochloride, vitamin C, betaine HCL, magnesium, vitamin E and hyaluronic acid. These ingredients are provided in measured amounts and contribute to daily nutrient intake when used as part of a balanced supplement routine.
Directions for Use
Adults: Take 5 capsules 2 times daily. For best absorption do not administer with dairy. Avoid taking at bedtime. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
