Description
Scullcap is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sedative to help relieve nervousness, as a sleep aid, and as an antispasmodic to help relieve the pain associated with menstruation.
Dosage: For Adults Take 1-2 ml (30-60 drops) 3x daily or as needed in a little water on an empty stomach.
