Natural Factors SlimStyles® PGX® Granules Unflavoured is a premium soluble fibre supplement formulated with clinically studied PGX® (PolyGlycopleX®), a proprietary blend of highly purified plant-based fibres. PGX® absorbs water to form a highly viscous gel in the digestive tract, helping promote feelings of fullness, reduce appetite, and support healthy weight management when combined with a balanced diet and regular exercise. Its unflavoured granules blend easily into water, smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal, and other foods for convenient daily use.
Each scoop provides 5 g of PGX®, manufactured using the proprietary EnviroSimplex® process from konjac-mannan, xanthan gum, and sodium alginate. This advanced fibre complex helps support healthy blood sugar levels already within the normal range, promotes digestive health and regularity, and encourages satiety to help reduce calorie intake. The gradual introduction schedule allows the body to adjust comfortably while maximizing the benefits of increased dietary fibre.
Directions for Use
Recommended adult dose: 1 scoop 2 times daily. PGX® can be taken with or without food with a glass of water (250–500 mL) or as directed by a health care practitioner.
For weight management and appetite reduction: 1 scoop 3 times daily.
Recommendation when using PGX® for the first time:
Week 1: ½ scoop 2–3 times daily.
Week 2: 1 scoop 2–3 times daily.
Week 3 and beyond: 1 scoop 3 times daily.
