Each capsule provides 300 mg of thiamine, and the recommended dose is just one capsule per day, meaning a single 30-capsule bottle supplies a full month of support without any measuring or splitting. The formula is intentionally straightforward. Beyond the benfotiamine itself, the only non-medicinal ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose and sodium stearyl fumarate, enclosed in a hypromellose capsule shell — with no added flavours, colours, or sweeteners.
