Everyone experiences stress from time to time; support your wellbeing and harness the positive potential of Rescue Remedy by simply adding 4 drops to a drink of your choice or put 4 drops on your tongue as often as required.
Directions (Adult): Take 4 drops in a small glass of water. Repeat as necessary. Can also be taken by placing 4 drops directly on or under the tongue. Use as directed by a homeopathic practitioner.
Active Ingredients: Star of Bethlehem – Orithogalum umbellatum (for trauma and shock), Rock Rose – Helianthemum (for frozen terror and panic), Cherry Plum – Prunus cerasifera (fear of mind giving way, verge of breakdown, anger), Impatiens – Impatiens gladulifera (for irritability, tension and fidgety), Clematis - Clematis vitalba (for the tendency to "pass out", and unconsciousness, being ‘far away’ and not present mentally).
