SUGGESTED USE
Adult males: Drink 1 cup of tea, twice daily. Drink in the morning and early afternoon. Avoid drinking before bed time.
After desired results have been attained, drink 1 cup of tea daily for maintenance.

Steep for 12-15 minutes.

CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS

If you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema or are taking products containing diuretics, do not use. Stop use and seek medicinal attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heart beat and/or difficulty breathing. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have a history of kidney stones, if you have any type of acute infection, have a history of mental/neurological conditions, hormone sensitive conditions, if you are taking blood thinners or other medication. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use to exclude a diagnosis of prostate cancer.

Do not use if you have high blood pressure or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.
