Flora Iron+ with B-Vitamin Complex Liquid Formula 445 mL features a gentle, well-absorbed liquid ferrous gluconate iron formula combined with a range of B-vitamin nutrients. This liquid iron supplement is crafted with a base of fruit juices and whole foods to make it easy to take, and is free from gluten, yeast, dairy, lactose, alcohol, and artificial colours and flavours. Its absorbable iron format supports everyday nutritional needs related to iron levels and energy production.
Directions for Use
Shake bottle gently before use. A measuring cup is provided.
• Adults (including breastfeeding women) & Adolescents 14–18 years: Take 10 mL twice daily with food.
• Adults (pregnant women): Take 10 mL three times daily with food.
• Children 4–13 years: Take 5 mL twice daily with food.
Store unopened at room temperature; refrigerate after opening and use within 4 weeks. Rinse mouth after taking to avoid possible surface staining of teeth.

Iron (Ferrous gluconate) — 10 mg
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride) — 1.1 mg
Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) — 1.1 mg
Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide) — 8 mg
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) — 1.3 mg
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) — 2.4 mcg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Water, orange juice concentrate, pineapple fruit, molasses, aqueous extract of spinach and anise fruit, organic beet juice powder, organic acerola fruit juice powder, ascorbic acid, and citric acid.
