Directions: Mix 30 grams (1 scoop) into 375 mL milk (grass-fed) once daily. Alternatively use almond or coconut milk. Smoothie Directions: In a blender, add 1 cup milk (grass-fed) along with 1/2 - 1 cup of fresh or frozen berries or low-sugar fruits. Add 1 - 4 ice cubes as necessary. Blend on high speed for 30 - 60 seconds or until smooth. Add 1 scoop of Nature Pro Whey Protein and slow stir for only 5 seconds.
