Naka Platinum's D-Mannose contains 2g per teaspoon and is ideal for those who experience frequent urinary tract or bladder infections or used as a workout supplement. Found in cranberries and some plants, D-Mannose is a simple sugar with unique cleansing abilities. Dosage
Adult Dosage: As a work out supplement, take 2 teaspoons 2 times per day. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise. For urinary tract health take 1 teaspoon once daily. Mix product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, ect.) immediately before consumption.
