Black elderberry is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve symptoms of colds and flus (such as coughs, sore throat and mucus buildup (catarrh) of the upper respiratory tract).

Recommended Dose
Recommended Adult Dose: Dissolve 1 lozenge in the mouth 3 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
