Manufactured using the proprietary EnviroSimplex® process, PGX® combines konjac-mannan, xanthan gum, and sodium alginate to form a unique fibre matrix that helps promote feelings of fullness and supports healthy eating habits.

Directions for Use
Recommended adult dose: PGX Daily® can be taken with or without food with a glass of water (250–500 mL) or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Week 1: 1 packet, 1 time daily.
Week 2: 1–2 packets, 2 times daily.
Week 3 and beyond: 1–2 packets, 3 times daily.
Serving option: PGX Daily® Granules are unflavoured and can also be sprinkled onto moist food, yogurt, fruit salad (fresh or no sugar varieties), oatmeal, soup, non-carbonated low-calorie beverage, or meal replacement.
