Dosage
Recommended adult dose: 2 softgels daily, 30–45 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by a health care practitioner. 5-HTP can cause stomach sensitivity in some people. For this reason it is recommended that you do not take this product on an empty stomach. For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.
